One of my long-standing favorite desserts is a fruit tart; with a brimming array of berries atop a delicate pastry cream and an apricot glaze. I have posted the recipe previously and can be found in the “Recipes” department, however, I decided Easter would be a great day for the first debut of the year! I love making this. We had it for dessert after Easter dinner and I was especially happy with the apricot glaze. I added too much, and too much was just enough. This will be a deliciously repeated recipe throughout the spring and summer and I hope you try your hand at it too!
